Flat roofs need the right system to stay watertight. We use the Firestone rubber roofing system — a single-piece EPDM membrane — on bay window roofs, canopies and other flat roofs, and we can take a look at flat roof problems such as ponding and leaks.

01What is an EPDM rubber roof?
EPDM is a synthetic rubber membrane laid as a single sheet over the roof deck. With few or no joins, it is a popular choice for flat roofs, bay windows and canopies.
02Can you replace the flat roof over my bay window?
Yes. We have recently completed bay window roofs using the Firestone rubber roofing system as part of a full re-roof.
03My flat roof is leaking — is that an emergency?
If water is coming in, our 24/7 Priority Response service can help with temporary weatherproofing. Callouts start from £195.
