How Next Gen Roofing uses the personal information you share with us when you get in touch.

Who we are
Next Gen Roofing is a roofing business based in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. We are responsible for the personal information you send us. You can contact us about your data at nextgenroofing.jw@gmail.com or on 07592 992052.
What we collect
This website does not have a contact form and does not collect your details itself. When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or Instagram, we receive the details you choose to share — for example your name, phone number or email address, your postcode or town, a description of the work and any photos you send.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a roof inspection and prepare a quote.
- To carry out and manage any work you ask us to do.
- To keep basic records of our jobs, as required for our business and tax records.
Our lawful basis is to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform that contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not use your details for marketing and we never sell them.
Who we share it with
Messages sent by WhatsApp, email or Instagram are handled by those services under their own privacy policies. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that don't lead to work for up to 12 months. If we carry out work for you, we keep job records for as long as we need them for warranty, legal and accounting purposes (normally up to 6 years).
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run analytics. Our fonts are hosted on our own website, so viewing pages does not send your details to third-party font services. If you click through to WhatsApp or Instagram, those services may set their own cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
