FAQs
Emergency roofing questions
Can't see your question? Call 07592 992052 or message us on WhatsApp.
01How much does an emergency roofer cost?
Our emergency callouts start from £195. This is a starting price, not a fixed price for every job. The final cost depends on the problem, how easy the roof is to reach, the time of day and the materials needed. Ask us about likely costs when you call.
02How quickly will you arrive?
Our typical response time is 2–4 hours where availability allows. We don't promise an arrival time for every call: at busy times — especially after major storms — it can take longer. Call us and we'll tell you our current availability.
03Do you really answer at night and at weekends?
Yes — NEXTGEN Priority Response is a 24/7 emergency roofing service. For the fastest response, call 07592 992052. You can also WhatsApp us photos of the problem.
04Is the emergency callout free like your inspections?
No. Emergency callouts are a paid service, starting from £195. Our free roof inspections and free quotes are for planned, non-urgent work — book one here.
05Will you fix the roof permanently on the same visit?
The first priority is to make the roof safe and stop water getting in. Sometimes that is the full fix; sometimes a temporary repair is needed until the right materials or the weather allow a permanent one. We'll explain the options and can quote for any permanent repair.
06Should I claim on my home insurance for storm damage?
Check your home insurance policy — many cover sudden storm damage. Take photos of the damage inside and out before anything is moved, keep any receipts, and contact your insurer as early as you can.
